ZAMA Foundation is a National, Non-Governmental, Non- Profitable and Non-Political Humanitarian and Development Organization, established in 2002 and registered with Joint Stock Companies under Societies Registration Act (XXI 1860).

ZAMA Foundation was initially founded by a great philanthropist Begum Zari Sarfaraz with the name ZAMA Trust register under Trust Act in 2002, later converted in to ZAMA Foundation, mainly for the economic empowerment of the underprivileged girls with skills development. The founders of the organization had the opinion that economic empowerment is the key to eradicate exploitation and skills are the weapon to fight in the labor market.
Based on the belief ZAMA Foundation start working for the skills development of underprivileged communities of Pakistan. ZAMA Foundation is a committed organization working with gross root level institutions for the last many years.
